Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces continue to strengthen development cooperation

BAC GIANG - The Standing Committees of the Bac Ninh and Bac Giang Provincial Party Committees recently held a conference to evaluate the implementation results of the coordination program and deploy tasks for the coming time at the headquarters of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee,

The event was co-chaired by Nguyen Anh Tuan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Bac Ninh Province and Nguyen Van Gau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee.

Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Anh Tuan and Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Gau chair the conference.

Over the past time, 9 cooperation contents have been implemented synchronously and effectively by the 2 provinces. The Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of the 2 provinces have directed specialized agencies to proactively coordinate and exchange experiences in building a strong political system.

During implementing investment projects to concretize provincial planning, especially connecting traffic projects, the two provinces have directed agencies and units to proactively coordinate to unify the contents to promote the effectiveness of the projects and promote socio-economic development.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Gau thanked Bac Ninh province for the due attention and support for the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Giang province over the past time.

Congratulating the achievements of Bac Ninh province, Nguyen Van Gau hoped that Bac Ninh province would share valuable experiences and new execution methods in socio-economic development; enhance cooperation and promote comprehensive development between the two provinces.

Agreeing with the viewpoint of the Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee, Nguyen Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, requested that departments, branches and sectors pay attention and proactively advise the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and leaders of the People's Committees of the two provinces to lead, direct and organize the implementation of the signed contents.

The two provinces have paid due attention to developing transportation, synchronous infrastructure, culture and society, so in the process of organizing and implementing, if there are any difficulties, the leaders of departments, branches and sectors should promptly advise the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of the two provinces to promptly resolve them, especially regarding mechanisms and policies to promote socio-economic development of the two localities as well as regional development and regional linkages.

Also, he suggested members of the Standing Committee of the two provinces' Provincial Party Committees to pay attention to leadership and direction in each assigned field monitor so that the signed contents achieve high efficiency.
