Gifts presented to Bac Giang’s youth joining military service in 2025
BAC GIANG - From February 6 to 11, the Military Service Council at all levels of Bac Giang province organized visits and presented gifts to new recruits of military services in 2025.
Accordingly, the District and Commune Military Service Councils organized meetings and presented gifts to more than 3,000 young people; awarded Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the District People's Committee to nearly 1,000 outstanding young people who volunteered to join the military service this time.

Each young person was given 500,000 VND by the District Military Service Council and 400,000 VND by the Commune Military Service Council. The total value of the gifts was nearly 2.8 billion VND (about 117,000 USD).
In addition, local mass organizations donated food such as sticky rice, pork, and confectionaries to the families of such new recruits.
Along with organizing meetings and giving gifts in communes, wards and towns, the District Military Service Council coordinated with the Youth Union to organize a campfire night themed "Keeping the fire of tradition alive" and a cultural exchange themed "Proudly following the footsteps of ancestors" with songs praising the Party, Uncle Ho and military traditions.
