Bac Giang signs cooperative programme on caring labor’s health
BAC GIANG – The Provincial Federation of Labor and the Department of Health on February 19 held a ceremony at the headquarters of the Provincial Federation of Labor to ink a cooperative programme between two units on health care for union members and laborers of Bac Giang province during 2025-2030 period.
Accordingly, the two units focus on implementing several tasks of disseminating policies and laws related to health care for union members and laborers; organizing consulting activities, providing knowledge support, general health check-ups and reproductive health check-ups for laborers in industrial parks and clusters.

At the same time, two units coordinate and guide grassroots trade unions to inspect and supervise the implementation of policies, ensure food safety and hygiene, and prevent food poisoning in collective canteens.
Every year, based on the actual situation, the two units develop a suitable coordination plan for implementation; regularly update information, evaluate implementation results, promptly discuss and resolve difficulties and problems, and propose solutions to improve its effectiveness.
The coordinative programme contributes to the completion of goals, targets, and plans to strengthen protection, care, and improve the health of union members, laborers as well as the population work in the new situation.
BAC GIANG - After the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday, most laborers in industrial parks and clusters in Bac Giang province have returned to work. This shows positive changes in the employee retention policy of enterprises. A stable human resource has created favorable conditions for enterprises to implement production and business plans in the new year.
Labor export companies are shifting their focus to new markets such as Poland and Australia to find job opportunities for workers.
BAC GIANG - In the first days of the Lunar New Year, while most people are on holiday and return home to reunite with their families, thousands of laborers in the Bac Giang province's industrial parks are still working hard.
BAC GIANG - More than 8,000 laborers from 16 enterprises in 6 industrial parks including Quang Chau, Vietnam Korea, Van Trung, Dinh Tram (Viet Yen township), Song Khe - Noi Hoang (Bac Giang city), Hoa Phu (Hiep Hoa) have registered to work during the Lunar New Year 2025 (Tet), reported the Bac Giang Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board.
BAC GIANG - The labor market in Bac Giang province at the end of the year received positive signals when there was no longer a situation of "job hopping". In particular, many enterprises signed new orders, started operating or expanded production and business, leading to the need to recruit a large number of employees. This created opportunities for employees to choose suitable job with better income and treatment.
The Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS) organised an international seminar themed “55 Years of Vietnam-Sweden Diplomatic Relations" in Hanoi on December 23, drawing a large number of domestic and foreign experts and scholars.
BAC GIANG – To realize the goal of becoming a key industrial province by 2030, Bac Giang has focused on attracting investors in industrial parks (IPs). With open policies and an attractive working environment, the northern province is now a destination, a "promising land" for laborers from all over the world.
