According to the provincial Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, as of February 6, all laborers basically returned to work. The whole province has nearly 8,000 operating enterprises, attracting more than 300,000 people. Local workers meet about 80% and 20% come from other provinces.

Companies that produce components for Foxconn - an important link in Apple's device production chain - such as New Wing Interconnect Technology (Van Trung Industrial Park) plan to employ more than 1,700 workers in the first three months of the year and more than 11,000 people this year while Fukang Technology registers to recruit 6,600 people.

Some large enterprises such as Luxshare- ICT, which has two factories in Quang Chau and Van Trung industrial parks, will recruit nearly 6,000 workers in the first quarter and more than 30,000 people for the whole year while Lens Technology Co., Ltd plans to employ 3,000 workers; Hosiden plans to employ more than 1,000 people...

The provincial Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs expects that the labor force of the province and neighboring localities will basically meet the demand.

However, from the business side, to find workers, the recruitment department must use various methods such as setting up groups to go to the villages in the North and the Central region; livestreaming to recruit workers; giving money to internal employees if they introduce relatives and friends to work.
