The campaign took place from January 1 to March 1 with the message “Donate blood in early spring - Multiply happiness". The Provincial Steering Committee coordinated with districts, townships and city as well as a number of schools and businesses in the province to organize 10 VBD festivals, attracting more than 7,200 eligible participants.

Some units with high mobilization results included Viet Yen township (2,217 blood units), Tan Yen district (1,311 blood units), Luc Nam district (1,246 blood units), Lang Giang district (999.8 blood units) and Fuyu Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (991.4 blood units) among others.

The VBD campaign during Tet and the Red Spring Festival is an activity held at the beginning of each year to promote and mobilize all classes of people with good health to actively donate blood, helping timely provide emergency care and treatment of patients, promoting and spreading good human values ​​in the community and the whole society.

One outstanding blood donor in Bac Giang honored nationwide
