With the theme "Tet of reunion - Love connection", the trade unions at higher levels have directed the grassroots-level ones to promote communications activities and persuade leaders of agencies, units and businesses to facilitate payment of salary, allowances, subsidies and bonuses before the Lunar New Year as well as allocate funds to give gifts to trade union members, especially those with difficult circumstances and occupational accidents.

Especially, on this Tet holiday, the provincial Confederation of Labor will continue to coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade and the provincial Industrial Zones Management Board to organize the second "Booths for workers” programme from January 7-9, 2021 at industrial parks in Viet Yen district. According to the plan, there will be 60 booths displaying products and services with discounts for workers.

In addition, the confederation will also hold the "Tet of reunion" programme, featuring a cultural exchange, a banh chung (chung cake) making contest, folk games and lucky draws.
