Among these fairs, 24 were held monthly at the center’s headquarters, while eight were thematic and three were mobile events targeting remote or industrial areas.

The fairs collectively attracted registrations from 54 businesses seeking to recruit staff across various sectors.

As a result of these events, over 2,600 individuals successfully secured employment offers on site.

Data collected from 360 local enterprises indicates a rising labor demand, with companies projected to recruit approximately 50,000 workers from now until the end of the year. The majority of these jobs are concentrated in the electronics, textiles and garment and packaging industries.

Several large employers are driving this demand, including Luxshare-ICT, which plans to recruit 40,000 workers and Foxconn Technology Group (known locally as Hong Hai Science and Technology Group), aiming to hire 38,000. Newwing Interconnect Technology Bac Giang is also seeking to add 11,000 new employees.
