Phan The Tuan informed the province is home to more than 9,500 ongoing businesses creating jobs for over 300,000 workers including about 3,000 labourers from Hoa Binh province.

He expected the People’s Committee of Hoa Binh province to direct its related agencies to collaborate with and support agencies and businesses of Bac Giang province to promote labor attraction.

The communication and press agencies of Hoa Binh province were also requested to join hands with Bac Giang Newspaper and Bac Giang Radio and Television to communicate on employment demand, recruitment conditions, remuneration policies and job vacancies of businesses in Bac Giang province to people and businesses in Hoa Binh province.

Bac Giang province undertakes to create favourable facilities and ensure social security as well as fully implement regulations and remuneration policies for labourers to work in Bac Giang.
At the meeting, Nguyen Van Toan, permanent Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Hoa Binh province expressed his pleasure to welcome the working delegation of Bac Giang province to organise promotional activities on labour attraction in Hoa Binh.

In order to create more jobs and income for local people, he hoped that the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province would provide more policies to attract and support labourers who come from other localities to work for a long time in Bac Giang. Businesses were urged to comply with legal regulations and their commitments to workers.

He urged the provincial Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA) and press agencies of both provinces to check up and organise many communication activities to disseminate necessary labour market information in Bac Giang to officials and labourers. 
At first, DOLISA and provincial Confederation of Labour of Hoa Binh province will establish a task force to support the local people to grasp information about employment demand of businesses in Bac Giang province while providing information to press agencies to communicate and report on living of Hoa Binh’s labourers in Bac Giang. 

Before labourers go to Bac Giang for work, DOLISA and provincial Confederation of Labour of both provinces need to collaborate to provide trainings for labourers to improve their sense of discipline and industrial working style.
On the same day, Bac Giang and Hoa Binh provinces jointly held a virtual promotional conference to attract labourers to work for businesses in Bac Giang with participations of 10 districts and city and communes, wards and towns in Hoa Binh province.
