Bac Giang connects 15 provinces and cities in an online job transaction session
At the session, enterprises in 15 provinces and cities registered to recruit more than 53,200 job positions, focusing mainly on the following industries and professions: Electronics (21,600 people); solar batteries (2,600 people); garment (2,500 people); mechanics, welding (2,400 people).

The portals of the Employment Service Centers of provinces and cities fully posted recruitment conditions and standards, salaries, bonuses and welfare regimes of each enterprise.
In addition to the direct recruitment area of businesses at the event, the Provincial Employment Service Center arranged 20 computers with online connection to the employment points of 15 provinces and cities to facilitate workers in finding information.
At the same time, staff presented to support each employee who want to join the interview session. Previously, the Center distributed registration forms, captured specific aspirations to advise and guide workers to apply for each suitable position.
At the Bac Giang point, there were 12 direct recruitment enterprises (including 2 human resource supply enterprises), registering to recruit nearly 25,800 positions.
Some businesses registered to recruit many labours like Foxconn Science and Technology Group in Dinh Tram Industrial Park and Quang Chau Industrial Park (8,900 people); Luxshare - ICT Vietnam Co., Ltd in Van Trung Industrial Park and Quang Chau Industrial Park (6,000 people); Vietnam Lens Technology Co., Ltd in Quang Chau Industrial Park (4,900 people); Bac Giang Garment Corporation Joint Stock Company BGG, Bac Giang City (1,000 people).
The session also lured more than 300 labourers and students from a number of vocational schools coming to seek information, interview and apply for suitable positions.

It is forecast that this year, businesses in the province will need to recruit more than 100,000 labourers, mainly unskilled workers for the electronics and garment industries.
To support businesses in finding human resources, in 2024, the Provincial Employment Services Center plans to organize 75 job transaction sessions, including 49 regular, 6 thematic, 12 mobile sessions and the rest are done onlie.
Besides, the Center promotes the application of information technology in connecting labor supply and demand; coordinates with districts and cities to propagate enterprise vacancies so that workers can update the information and register.
On this occasion, the Provincial Employment Service Center signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in labor training and supply with Bac Giang Mountainous College and Foxconn Science and Technology Group.
