Bac Giang to stage art programme to welcome New Year 2021

(BGO)- The provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in northern province of Bac Giang will organize an art programme to welcome New Year 2021 on 31 December 2020 at the 3/2 square, Bac Giang city.

Under the theme “Bac Giang’s pride”, the art programme welcoming New Year 2021 will be about the glorious Party, great Uncle Ho and country loving. Besides, the songs of youth, spring, land, people and achievements of Bac Giang homeland in reform era will be also performed.

The programme includes 3 parts with the performances such as Đường chúng ta đi (our pathway), Bác Hồ một tình yêu bao la (Uncle Ho, an infinite love), Tấm áo chiến sĩ mẹ vá năm xưa (the soldier’s shirt mother sewed before), Qua cầu sông Thương (across Thuong river bridge), Bắc Giang thành phố anh hùng (Bac Giang, the heroic city) and many modern dance and singing performances performed by Vietnam Stage Artists Association including famous artists like people’s artists Thuy Huong and Quoc Hung, singers Huyen Trang, Vu Thang Loi, Tien Hung, Hong Nhung, Le Anh, Le Trang, The Girls Band, DJ Emma, Mc Rapper RoyalA and dance group Emmy.

The art programme to welcome New Year 2021 will be onstage at 20.00 on 31 December 2020 (Thursday) lasting 120 minutes.

This is a practical activity to celebrate success of the 19th Bac Giang provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure, towards the 13th National Party Congress, 91st anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam’s Founding and the Elections of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2012-2026 tenure and New Year 2021.
