Bac Giang: Vietnam-Korea IP infrastructure project gets in-principle approval
Invested by Fuji Phuc Long Development Company Limited, the project will be implemented on an area of 50 hectares in Hong Thai and Tang Tien communes and Nenh township of Viet Yen district (Phase 1), with an operation duration of 50 years.

Under the decision, the Prime Minister requested the People's Committee of Bac Giang province be responsible for its proposal to select the investor to implement the project that meets the conditions prescribed by the laws on investment, bidding, land and real estate business, and other relevant laws.
The committee will organize the implementation of land acquisition, ground clearance, compensation for site clearance, land lease, and land use purpose change to carry out the project in accordance with the documents approved by competent authorities regarding scale, location, schedule of land use for project implementation and legal regulations, ensuring that there are no disputes or complaints about the right to use the project site.
At the same time, the provincial People's Committee must direct the Bac Giang Industrial Zones Authority (IZA) to request the investor to deposit funds to ensure the project implementation in accordance with the investment law, and comply with the approved detailed construction plan of the project to ensure proper distance between the industrial park and religious works.
It will direct the IZA and related agencies to supervise the project implementation in line with the laws on investment, land, environment, construction, and real estate business and other relevant laws; attract investment to industrial zones following the approved planning, with priority given to investment projects in hi-tech and environment-friendly industries.
