Besides, some volunteers are assigned to interprete for Asian official delegations, provincial leaders, medical forces…
According to Le Huu Nam, Vice Director of the provincial Department of Foreign Affairs, member of local Organization Board (LOB) for Badminton in SEA Games 31, the LOB provided training courses on the principle to receive diplomacy delegation, knowledge and specific skill as well as popularized the regulation of SEA Games 31.
The volunteers are recommended to practise the physical strength, enhance the health condition to well full fill the assigned task.
With the pioneer spirit of the youth, when hearing about SEA Games 31 volunteer selection, Le Bao Chau (born in 2006) in Hoang Van Thu ward (Bac Giang city), a 10 grader at Bac Giang High School for the Gifted submitted her registration form. Knowing that English is the common language in SEA Games, previously she spent much time on reinforcing the knowledge and practising four English skills.

Typically, volunteer Pham Van Nguyen (born in 1995) in Trung Son village, Duc Giang commune (Yen Dung district) is assigned to support Laos delegation. He has spent days to study about Laos country and people; learn some basic communication sentences in native languages as well as follow information about the badminton federation of this country to better serve the guest.
