In order to retain workers, the company has taken many ways to take care of their lives so that they can feel secure to work for the company for a long time.

Nguyen Huu Cuong, General Director of the company, said that for many years, the enterprise has always ensured the interests of employees to attract human resources by increasing salary and bonuses. Especially this year, for the first time, the unit has allocated a fund of about 30 billion VND (1.3 million USD) to give share books to employees, with each receiving 10 million VND (439 USD) worth of shares, contributing to strengthening workers' confidence in the enterprise.

Considering workers the most valuable asset and the main resource contributing to its development, the company has regularly offered incentives to them. For example, a new employee, in addition to being given a share book, is also immediately rewarded with an amount corresponding to the Lunar New Year (Tet) bonus in 2021 and the wage of the first working days of the month that the old company has not paid yet.
