Blackpink wow Hanoi fans in first Vietnam concert
The band showed up on stage at My Dinh Stadium at 7:50 p.m., starting their first show in Vietnam.
They started with the song "How You Like That" before singing and dancing with "Whistle" and "Pretty Strange."

The members then said "Xin chao" which means "Hello" in Vietnamese to greet their fans, before continue to singing "Lovesick Girl" and "Don’t Know What to Do."
After a break, they came back on stage and drove fans crazy by singing one of their biggest hits, "Kill This Love," on smoke and fireworks effects.
Rose's rapping during the song "Playing with Fire" was strongly applauded by the fans, who also quickly responded when the members asked them to "Het len di!" or "Shout it out!" in Vietnamese.
Many fans also sang along when the band perform "Pink Venom," their new album's title track.
Most of the songs performed at My Dinh were remixed to bring new vibes to the concert, which is part of a world tour started late last year.
Later in the show, the band won fans' hearts further by dancing to "See Tinh" (See Love), a hit song by Vietnamese pop star Hoang Thuy Linh that has gone viral in Asian social media platforms and has got many celebrities in China, South Korea and the U.S. to dance to it.
Blackpink’s first-ever show in Hanoi takes place on July 29 and 30. This will be the group’s last stop in Asia on its Born Pink world tour.
The tour has grossed around $163.8 million before Hanoi, with more than 900,000 tickets sold.
This makes Born Pink’s the highest-grossing girl group tour of all time, surpassing the previous record set by Spice Girls ($78.2 million).
