The delegation worked at Eletric Motorcycle Yadea Vietnam Company Limited (Yadea) in Quang Chau IP and Boviet Solar Science Technology Co., Ltd (Boviet) in Song Khe - Noi Hoang IP.

Yadea is specialized at assembling electric motorcycles which are present in many countries around the world. Last year, the project implemented in Bac Giang had a total revenue of more than 26 million USD and a profit of about 2.3 million USD. In the first 6 months of this year, the revenue increased by 30 percent compared to last year.

Boviet belongs to Chinese Boway Group and manufactures solar panels and modules. In the first half of this year, the company’s revenue increased by about 50 percent year on year.

At the reception, leader of Yadea informed about the scale expansion plan in the upcoming time in Tan Hung IP (Lang Giang district) to produce hundreds of thousands of vehicles per year. Accordingly, many Chinese enterprises will link production in chain. So the company suggested customs authorities to pay attention to training the provisions of the law in this field as well as consider preferential tax for import and export of goods during its operation.

Meanwhile, representative of Boviet asked for more guidance about the provisions of the law on customs and support in proceeding import and export procedures in order to promote international trade activities.

Speaking at the event, Director of Bac Ninh Customs Department Tran Duc Hung noted the suggestions of two businesses and emphasized that in the coming time, the Department will focus on directing Bac Giang Customs Branch to continue training on customs policies; arrange staff to assist enterprises to complete customs clearance procedures and ensure the prescribed time.
