This is a noble award recognizing the outstanding achievements from 2017 to 2021 of the party committee, government and people of Hiep Hoa district, contributing to the cause of constructing the socialism and protecting the nation.

In 2017-2021 period, Hiep Hoa district fulfilled and exceeded the socio-economic development tasks and targets. The average production value reached over 14.4 trillion VND (618 million USD). The production value growth rate reached 16.5 percent, exceeding 0.5 percent of the plan. The total investment for development of the society hit over 20 trillion VND (858.5 million USD), up 7 trillion VND (300.5 million USD) against the set target.

Especially, after more than 10 years implementing the National Target Programme on building new-style rural areas, the face of rural areas in Hiep Hoa district has dramatically changed with good economic development. The linkage chains of production and consumption attached to trademark building and product origin traceability have been established.

With the outstanding achievements so far, the party committee, government and people of Hiep Hoa district have been recognized and presented many noble awards such as the second and third-class labour medals by the State President, certificate of merit by the Prime Minister, emulation flag by the Government and a number of emulation flags and certificates of merit by Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee.

Especially, on May 25, 2022, the state President signed the Decision No 602/QD-CTN to award the first- class labour medal to the party committee, government and people of Hiep Hoa district, Bac Giang province and second-class labour medal to the party committee, government and people of Thang township.
