As an FDI enterprise, Crystal Martin Co., Ltd. has been in operation since 2012. From 700 workers, now the company has nearly 10,000 employees. Over the years, it has always cared for the material and spiritual life of employees who enjoy an average wage of 9.6 million VND (420 USD) per person per month. Its trade union currently has nearly 10,000 members.

At the working session, the company's representative thanked the leaders of Bac Giang province for always paying attention to and creating conditions for the business to operate stably. Its workers have been fully vaccinated, so they feel secure in working.

Visiting the company’s factories, Hong appreciated the development of the firm over the past time. She noted with pleasure that despite being a foreign-invested company, it has already established a Party organization and paid attention to fostering and developing new Party members. Its trade and youth unions are also growing strongly. Hong stressed that Bac Giang is the first locality in the country to have its master plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister. In which, Bac Giang aims to become an industrial province. In the first quarter of 2022, it posted an estimated economic growth rate of 14.3 percent, leading the country. That achievement saw the contribution of the company.

Affirming that the province always accompanies businesses and builds a favorable business and investment environment, he wished that the company would continue to take good care of workers' lives; make efforts to overcome difficulties due to the impacts of the Covid-19 epidemic to promote stronger production and business in the coming time.

Attending the Party member admission ceremony at the company's Party cell, Hong presented flowers and congratulated comrade Hoang Van Tuan (born in 1992) on joining the Party. The company’s Party cell was established in 2019 and currently has 19 comrades, including nine official Party members and 10 on probation.
