National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue made the statement while visiting and extending Lunar New Year (Tet) greetings to the two agencies in Hanoi on January 25.

The top legislator emphasised that following the past 76 years, the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam has been making great efforts, exploring, innovating, and contributing to the overall results and comprehensive achievements obtained by the whole country in the past year.

The NA leader said that this result was contributed by the press agencies, especially the two press agencies of the NA, which have always been supported by people and voters across the country.

He also acknowledged that the two press agencies have made many innovations improving the quality and content of news articles as well as continuing to innovate in terms of organisational structure, personnel, and renewal of identities and channels.

On the occasion of Lunar New Year 2023, the NA Chairman suggested that the leaders of the two agencies continue to take care of the material life of reporters and editors, while maintaining pressure but also creating motivation for everyone to strive in work, and creating favourable conditions and a healthy environment for development.
