Vietnam, China coast guards join exchange programme

Young officers of the coast guard forces of Vietnam and China joined an exchange programme that opened in the central city of Da Nang on December 24.

At the programme, second of its kind, young Vietnamese and Chinese coast guard officers exchanged information on activities and reviewed cooperation to strengthen friendship.

Young officers of the coast guard forces of Vietnam and China joined an exchange programme that opened in the central city of Da Nang on December 24.

They shared experience on political and ideological work, search and rescue activities, along with law enforcement at the sea.

The young officers visited and presented gifts to children in the SOS Children’s Village in Da Nang, and joined an event with officials and soldiers of the High Command of the Vietnam Coast Guard Region 2.

The second exchange programme runs until December 28.
