22 new OCOP products certified
Accordingly, 10 four-star products include Phuc Hoa early ripen lychee, Nem nuong Lien Chung (Lien Chung grilled pork sausage), Lam Sinh Ngoc Chau fresh bamboo shoots and Hop Duc star apple in Tan Yen district, chicken sausage in Yen The district, Luc Ngan rice noodle in Luc Ngan district, round grain glutinous rice wine, rice wine with daisy and buried glutinous rice wine in Viet Yen district and fried cordyceps product in Luc Nam district.

12 products certified with 3 stars include Banh khao Moc Son (sweet shortcake made of roast glutinous rice flour), Dai An black sesame oil and cao dinh lang (aralia glue), JOY rice snack, Ruou nep cai hoa vang (round grain glutinous rice wine) and steamed wine with daisy in Viet Yen district, pineapple in Luc Nam district, My Thai cucumber, Tan Thanh processed mushroom, Quang Thinh pomelo and Hai Lua sticky rice in Lang Giang district and Thai Son round grain glutinous rice in Hiep Hoa district.
These products are labeled with logo of OCOP programme and their rates with stars, use promotion materials and awarded as regulation.

The certification of 3 stars or higher will be valid within 36 months since the date of recognition. The owners of the recognized products have responsibility to improve the product quality under regulation of OCOP programme and continue to level up the recognized products.
According to the department of Rural Development, this is the 3rd consecutive year Bac Giang province has organized selection and recognition of the provincial-level OCOP products. To date, the province has had 117 OCOP products certified with three stars or more. A number of products have created trademark and enjoyed high consumption in both domestic and export markets such as Luc Ngan lychee, Xuan Truong Chu rice noodle and Yen The hill-grazed chicken.
