55 online public services on the provincial public service portal (http://dichvucong.bacgiang.gov.vn ) will be integrated to the national public service portal (https://dichvucong.gov.vn) including 39 online public services at level 3 and 16 ones at level 4.

The staff at the One stop shop of the Department of Industry and Trade instructs citizen to use online document submission system.

Dossiers are submitted and processed online or by public postal service. The department of Planning and Investment, Agriculture and Rural Development and Industry and Trade have the biggest number of integrated public services.

Currently, the Department of Information and Communication are collaborating with the Office of the provincial People’s Committee and related agencies to integrate the approved public services to the national public service portal, scheduled to complete in Q4 this year.

At first, 10 administrative procedures of the Department of Industry and Trade and Department of Education and Training will be prioritized to finish in Q2 2020. These are the services in highest demand.

After the public services are integrated, citizens can sign in only once (with the social insurance code or ID card number), then the personal information will be used to log in the public service portal of the ministries, agencies and localities for later transactions. It helps to reduce time and travelling costs especially with administrative procedures related to many agencies.

Citizens can access the provincial and national public service portals any time with various devices such as computer, smart phone or Ipad with internet connection to register for using the public services as well as supervising and evaluating implementation of the administrative procedures.

Online administrative procedures improved to save time, cost

Administrative procedures conducted online have the same legal validity as other forms, according to the Prime Minister’s Decree No 45/2020/ND-CP.
