Particularly in 2022, the province approved for 4 projects on total area of 123.8 hectares with total capital of nearly 10 trillion VND (nearly 422 million USD) and bidded to select investor for 73 projects, 5.6 fold increase year on year. Now, the urban population accounted for 23.3 percent, exceeding 0.3 percent of the plan.

So far, 17 out of 140 projects have been completed, 12 others are under completion, 26 are under construction, 20 are under site clearance stage, 63 are under feasible report procedure for verification. Most of them are located in Bac Giang city, Luc Nam and Lang Giang districts among others.

To urge investor to follow schedule and investment regulation, the province has directed to strictly control over land and construction order in the planning areas for development so as to timely detect and handle any violation.
