The provincial Party Agencies’ Trade Union manages 34 grassroots unions with over 2,000 members. Following President Ho Chi Minh’s motto, “Emulation is patriotism,” the union has launched various patriotic emulation movements tailored to each agency’s conditions, aiming to foster innovation and dedication among public employees.

The leaders of provincial Party Agencies’ Trade Union present certificates of merit to outstanding individuals.

Union members were encouraged to study, work diligently and propose practical initiatives to support the province’s policy-making and administration. These movements have helped improve performance and contributed to meeting the political goals of each agency.

From 2023 to 2024, more than 21,700 good deeds were registered. A total of 341 collectives and 647 individuals were recognized by various levels of government.

Over 1,500 initiatives, solutions and scientific projects were approved and implemented, helping to streamline administrative procedures and improve work quality.

During the ceremony, three honored individuals shared their experiences and challenges in their professional journeys. All highlighted the importance of perseverance, creativity, and dedication in building strong and effective public institutions.

The 62 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the provincial Labor Federation and the Party Agencies’ Trade Union for their achievements in the “Good Work – Creative Work” emulation campaign.
