Bac Giang provincial museum attracts visitors during National Reunification holiday

BAC GIANG – In recent days, Bac Giang Provincial Museum has welcomed many visitors, especially young people, who came to learn about the nation's history and culture, expressing pride and gratitude for the sacrifices of previous generations. The museum is hosting meaningful activities to mark the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification on April 30 (1975–2025).

Recognized as a tourist destination by the Bac Giang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the museum preserves and showcases thousands of cultural and historical artifacts from Bac Giang’s past and present, including relics from the nation’s resistance wars.

Staff at Co.opmart Bac Giang pose next to aircraft No. 5228 from Regiment 927 of Division 371, Air Defense-Air Force Service, displayed in the museum’s courtyard. This aircraft participated in numerous missions defending northern Vietnam and Bac Giang.

From April 23 to May 20, the museum is exhibiting nearly 300 images and artifacts under the themes "Historical moments – The great victory of Spring 1975" and "Vietnamese literature and arts – 50 years of renewal and development."

Young visitors are particularly drawn to displays highlighting achievements in Vietnamese literature and arts after the country’s reunification.

The museum grounds are decorated with vibrant Party and national flags in celebration of the upcoming national holiday.

Visitors pose with the red flag bearing a yellow star, showcasing patriotism and national pride.

Do Van Hai and his wife from Song Mai ward, Bac Giang City, visit the museum to capture memorable moments.

Young people proudly observe exhibits showcasing the socio-economic development of the province and the nation.
