Vietnamese AI assistant wins top prize at GITEX Asia 2025
The personal finance assistant, Nomi, developed by Vietnamese company ADT Global, has won First Prize in the "GITEX Europe Award" category at the Supernova Pitch Competition, held as part of GITEX Asia 2025 in Singapore.
Nomi, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered personal finance assistant, triumphed in a fiercely competitive field of more than 350 startups from 60 countries.

The Supernova Pitch Competition, a key highlight of GITEX Asia 2025 — the largest technology and startup event in Asia — served as a high-stakes arena in which groundbreaking ideas were evaluated by top global experts and investors.
The GITEX Europe Award is not only a prestigious recognition for Vietnam but also opens strategic opportunities for Vietnamese firms such as ADT Global to access the European market.
This includes participation in the Supernova 100 at GITEX Europe 2025, scheduled for May.
Nomi leverages artificial intelligence to meet the practical needs of users by enabling smart and efficient personal financial management. Its success at GITEX Asia 2025 sends a strong message about Vietnam’s technological capabilities, demonstrating that Vietnamese tech firms can develop innovative and competitive products on par with global players.
This achievement also reinforces confidence in Vietnam’s technological potential and raises expectations for the country’s presence and influence in the international tech landscape in the years to come.
GITEX Asia 2025 brought together more than 700 tech companies and startups along with over 250 investors from more than 60 countries. Vietnam's participation was led by the National Innovation Centre (NIC), which hosted the Vietnam pavilion.
As planned, GITEX Asia 2026 will be held in Vietnam in October 2026.
