The 2025 Japanese Job Fair at Dong A University was held right before the Graduation Ceremony, contributing to the expansion of international employment opportunities for students across various disciplines in addition to the vibrant domestic job network through affiliated enterprises.

Outstanding students of Dong A University receive scholarships to participate in Japan’s one-year professional internship programme.

In his opening remarks, Mr Mori Takero, Consul General of Japan in Da Nang city, stated that Dong A University is an exemplary and outstanding university in the central region of Viet Nam and has achieved many accomplishments.

The university has a very strong relationship with Japan, not only in the academic field but also through internship and employment programmes in Japan. Many students from the university have travelled to Japan and are working actively there.

The job fair attracted the participation of more than 20 Japanese partners, including 15 Japanese enterprises that conducted direct and online recruitment for 523 positions across various disciplines for students.

In addition, six new partnerships in healthcare, training, and professional internship and employment programmes in Japan were officially signed.

Among them, Dong A University, in collaboration with Sun Wellbening Company – Mikazuki Hotel Joint Stock Company – and Mediva Company, signed an agreement, laying the groundwork for the establishment and operation of a Japan-standard clinic.

The project is expected to be built on an area of approximately 1,000 square metres, located on the first floor of the new Mikazuki Da Nang building, with a total estimated investment capital of 500 million yen (equivalent to over 90 billion VND).

On this occasion, the Japanese partners allocated over VND 340 million in scholarships to Da Nang students. Accordingly, 36 scholarships were awarded to outstanding students participating in the one-year professional internship programme and officially working at partner organisations such as Aijinkai Social Medical Corporation, Asai, Care Partner, Sun Frontier, etc., in 2025 and 2026.

It is known that the Japanese Enterprise Scholarship Fund for students of Dong A University has been maintained for many years, with the total value of scholarships awarded amounting to billions of VND annually.

At the event, a large number of student candidates from various disciplines participated in lively recruitment interviews with enterprises, thereby seizing the opportunity for professional internships and employment in Japan.
