The province has initially developed a signature tourism product titled “The Dharma spreading path of the Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen sect founders”, which has become a central highlight of Bac Giang’s tourism.
Additionally, four major tourism spaces have been formed and effectively exploited, including Hanoi – Bac Giang city – Luc Ngan – Son Dong; Tay Yen Tu (Western Yen Tu) spiritual tourism space, associated with “The Dharma spreading path of the Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen sect founders”; community-based tourism combined with fruit and tea cultivation in Luc Ngan, Luc Nam, Tan Yen, and Yen The districts, and Chu township; and ecotourism and recreational resorts linked with golf tourism in Bac Giang city, Viet Yen township, and Luc Nam district.
In recent times, the “Garden of Happiness” in Tan Son village, Hung Thai commune, Hiep Hoa district has gained popularity, attracting a large number of visitors who come to admire its artistic sculptures and enjoy the landscape.
In Luc Ngan district, many garden owners and households are diligently beautifying their homes and gardens in preparation for welcoming tourists interested in the hands-on experience of lychee picking.

As the province’s key lychee-producing region, Luc Ngan district issued a plan in the first quarter of 2025 to launch a tourism programme titled “Luc Ngan Lychee – The Quintessence of Vietnamese Fruits”.
This event, scheduled for June, will feature various exciting activities such as honouring individuals and organisations that have made outstanding contributions to building the lychee brand, improving product value, generating jobs, and increasing farmers’ income; 2025 Luc Ngan lychee-themed costume contest; and traditional folk games.
The district is also encouraging orchard owners to cultivate high-yield, visually appealing lychees to attract more tourists.
According to the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Bac Giang province currently has 37 licensed travel service enterprises and 445 tourism accommodation facilities, which are fully capable of meeting visitors’ needs for food and lodging.
Alongside ongoing infrastructure improvements, the department has also enhanced promotional efforts by advertising Bac Giang tourism on social media; digitising promotional materials accessible via smart applications and mobile devices; and implementing visual campaigns along national and provincial roads and across tourism sites throughout the province.
With thorough and proactive preparations, Bac Giang is well-positioned to welcome a surge of tourists this year, especially during the summer and lychee season.
