Bac Giang’s tourist destinations welcome thousands of visitors

BAC GIANG - On the occasion of Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day this year, officials, civil servants, public employees and workers had 3 consecutive days off from Saturday (April 5) to Monday (April 7). Although the weather was sometimes drizzly and wet, the tourist destinations in Bac Giang province still welcomed a large number of visitors. 

Previously, owners of the popular attractions focused on beautifying the landscape to create highlights, cleaning the environment, putting some new items, miniatures and check-in points into operation; applying incentive and promotional programmes to stimulate tourism. Thanks to that, during three day holiday, the province welcomed thousands of visitors.

Typically, Tay Yen Tu spiritual and ecotourism complex attracted more than 4,000 tourists, the most crowded on Sunday, April 6. Many people did not hesitate to conquer the mountain climbing route to offer incense at the pagodas, visit and take photos of the tourist area.

Tay Yen Tu Service Joint Stock Company decorated, built miniatures, prepared equipment, human resources to serve and pick up guests; coordinated with local authorities to ensure security, order and environmental sanitation. The company also launched a promotion programme to buy 2 get 1 free cable car tickets.

Tourists at Suoi Mo Ecotourism Site.

On this occasion, Suoi Mo Ecotourism Area (Luc Nam district), Bau Tien Ecotourism Site (Chu township) also welcomed about 1,000 visitors every day to visit and experience. Most of them flocked to lychee flower garden, goat and sheep farming area, children's playground. The units organized many activities such as experience to make cakes and dishes, cook clay pot rice...

Ban Ven Xanh Community Ecotourism Site (Yen The district) also attracted many visitors to participate in the programme "Cao Lan Colors - Vietnamese Soul on Ancestor's Death Anniversary" with activities such as making sticky rice cakes and black steamed sticky rice, singing and dancing exchanges of the Cao Lan ethnic group and an open crossbow shooting competition which was firstly held in the area with more than 100 athletes.
