Seven Northern provinces join online job fair to support recruitment efforts
BAC GIANG - On the morning of April 14, the Bac Giang Provincial Employment Service Center (under the Department of Home Affairs) organized an online job transaction session, connecting seven Northern provinces and cities of Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh, Lang Son, Bac Kan, and Bac Giang.
A total of 91 businesses registered to participate in the fair, seeking to recruit around 24,000 laborers. The majority of the positions were in the fields of electronics, garment manufacturing and mechanical engineering, with over 80% of the vacancies requiring only a general education level.

To facilitate the application process for job seekers, the employment service centers in each province and city posted detailed job descriptions, salary ranges, bonus packages and social welfare policies on their official websites.
At the Bac Giang connection point, seven enterprises participated and offered more than 14,400 job openings. Several companies with the largest recruitment needs included Crystal Martin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Quang Chau Industrial Park) recruiting 5,000 workers; Luxshare-ICT Co., Ltd. (Quang Chau and Van Trung Industrial Parks) seeking 4,500 employees and Lens Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Quang Chau Industrial Park) looking to hire 2,800 staff.
During the event, nearly 200 job seekers also received consultation and advice on unemployment insurance policies, job placement opportunities and vocational training support, helping them re-enter the labor market as soon as possible.
Since the beginning of the year, the Bac Giang Provincial Employment Service Center has organized 18 job fairs — including periodic, specialized, online and mobile sessions — achieving 24% of its annual plan. Through these efforts, the center has connected and provided career counseling for nearly 10,000 workers.
