Seven Northern provinces join online job fair to support recruitment efforts
BAC GIANG - On the morning of April 14, the Bac Giang Provincial Employment Service Center (under the Department of Home Affairs) organized an online job transaction session, connecting seven Northern provinces and cities of Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh, Lang Son, Bac Kan, and Bac Giang.
A total of 91 businesses registered to participate in the fair, seeking to recruit around 24,000 laborers. The majority of the positions were in the fields of electronics, garment manufacturing and mechanical engineering, with over 80% of the vacancies requiring only a general education level.

To facilitate the application process for job seekers, the employment service centers in each province and city posted detailed job descriptions, salary ranges, bonus packages and social welfare policies on their official websites.
At the Bac Giang connection point, seven enterprises participated and offered more than 14,400 job openings. Several companies with the largest recruitment needs included Crystal Martin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Quang Chau Industrial Park) recruiting 5,000 workers; Luxshare-ICT Co., Ltd. (Quang Chau and Van Trung Industrial Parks) seeking 4,500 employees and Lens Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Quang Chau Industrial Park) looking to hire 2,800 staff.
During the event, nearly 200 job seekers also received consultation and advice on unemployment insurance policies, job placement opportunities and vocational training support, helping them re-enter the labor market as soon as possible.
Since the beginning of the year, the Bac Giang Provincial Employment Service Center has organized 18 job fairs — including periodic, specialized, online and mobile sessions — achieving 24% of its annual plan. Through these efforts, the center has connected and provided career counseling for nearly 10,000 workers.
BAC GIANG – Thanks to many active support solutions in labor market connection and information, in the first quarter of this year, functional sectors and localities in Bac Giang province have supported businesses to recruit more than 35,000 new laborers, exceeding 5,000 people compared to forecast demand.
BAC GIANG – Thanks to synchronous direction and participation, the policies on labor export have been popularized to a large number of people in working age in Bac Giang province, thereby, effectively solving employment problems and helping increase income.
BAC GIANG - In order to support businesses in recruiting laborers for production, since the beginning of the year, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has actively coordinated with relevant units and localities to deploy many solutions to connect and provide information on the labor market, helping provide more than 25,000 laborers to businesses in Bac Giang province.
BAC GIANG – The Provincial Federation of Labor and the Department of Health on February 19 held a ceremony at the headquarters of the Provincial Federation of Labor to ink a cooperative programme between two units on health care for union members and laborers of Bac Giang province during 2025-2030 period.
BAC GIANG - To practically celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 3 (1930 - 2025) and the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) will organize the first national conference to honor exemplary workers who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam, on February 15 and 16 in Hanoi.
BAC GIANG - Since the beginning of the year, labor recruitment activities have been bustling as businesses want to employ a large number of laborers to serve production. To balance supply and demand, functional sectors and localities in Bac Giang province have stepped up propaganda, information connection and supported businesses to recruit enough human resources, contributing to job creation and reducing unemployment rates.
