Bac Giang’s businesses supported to recruit more than 25,000 laborers
BAC GIANG - In order to support businesses in recruiting laborers for production, since the beginning of the year, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has actively coordinated with relevant units and localities to deploy many solutions to connect and provide information on the labor market, helping provide more than 25,000 laborers to businesses in Bac Giang province.
Most of them are unskilled workers to serve the following industries of electronics, garment and packaging.

In 2025, to expand production, businesses in Bac Giang will need to recruit about 110,000 laborers, including about 65,000 female workers while the demand is about 24,700 people in the first quarter.
Some businesses want to recruit a large number of laborers (all in Bac Giang province's industrial parks) such as: Luxshare-ICT Co., Ltd. (40,000 people); Foxconn Technology Group (38,000 people); Newwing Interconnect Technology Bac Giang Co., Ltd. (11,000 people).
To meet the demand of human resources for production, since early January this year, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has issued an Official Dispatch on implementing solutions to support businesses in the province to employ laborers.
In the coming time, the Provincial Employment Service Center will continue to coordinate with local authorities, businesses and vocational training institutions to improve the quality and diversify regular and online job fairs which connect with provinces and organize job fairs at the district level; promote propaganda activities to disseminate labor market information and attract workers and employers to participate in job fairs.
Also, the Employment Service Center actively connects information among employment service enterprises, vocational training institutions and enterprises with labor needs in the province to support training supply quality human resources and serve employers in the long term.
