Of these, more than 7,700 people worked domestically while the rest worked abroad under definite term labor contract. Most of the employed laborers came from Viet Yen township, Bac Giang city and the districts of Lang Giang, Luc Nam, Tan Yen, serving various fields like garment, electronics, construction, mechanics and sale among others.

Staff of the Provincial Employment Service Center supports laborers to connect online with businesses in need of recruitment.

To achieve this result, the Department of Home Affairs proactively coordinated with localities to grasp the needs of laborers to review and assign appropriate targets; promote propaganda of policies to support job creation for workers according to the provisions of the Law on Employment.

In 2025, the province aims to create new jobs for 32,200 people, including 2,200 to work abroad.

To complete the plan, from now until the end of the year, the Department of Home Affairs will further coordinate with Party committees, authorities and mass organizations to promote job consulting and referral activities; actively attract reputable businesses to districts, townships and city to organize domestic labor recruitment and labor export programmes.

The Department also directs the Provincial Employment Service Center to innovate and improve the quality of the transaction platform, launch online and mobile transaction sessions to create a bridge for businesses to employ laborers.

More measures will be applied to strengthen inspection and strictly manage the employment service activities of supply enterprises (re-leasing) and enterprises with the function of sending workers to work abroad (inside and outside the province) so as to ensure the rights of laborers and minimize any violation.
