This is the 11th edition of the award, and its Jury consists of professional representatives of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists.

The photo series "Red-shanked douc langur", won the special prize in the Landscape - Tourism - Destination category.

The contest also further promotes the image of nature, country, and people, especially Vietnam’s tangible and intangible heritages.

The Heritage Photography Award - Heritage Journey 2025 continues to be accompanied by the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists, sponsoring the Gold - Silver - Bronze medals at the regional level according to the association's regulations.

According to the contest rules in 2025, there will be four competition categories and 12 prizes of Vietnam Airlines tickets for the photo collections winning prizes.

Photo tours organised within the framework of the competition will also be carried out thanks to support from sponsors such as Land Rover Vietnam, Sony Vietnam, and Bay Viet.

Several programs will continue to be carried out during the photo contest. The final exhibition is expected to be held in Hanoi this September.

The four categories include culture - heritage, destination tourism (domestic/international) - landscape, lifestyle - human portrait, and special shooting techniques: drone, macro, and underwater photography.

Each category will present three prizes, including one special prize for each category (excellent in both reportage photo collection and cover photo plan), one prize for photo collection in each category and one cover prize for each category.

The competition will last four months, from April 1 to July 31.
