The event was organized by the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics in collaboration with the Hai Phong City Party Committee. This year’s contest drew 142 candidates from 63 provincial political schools and 14 institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Defense and Ministry of Public Security.

After three days of rigorous competition, the judging panel officially recognized all 142 participants as “Excellent Lecturers,” with 58 individuals earning the higher distinction of “Outstanding Lecturer,” including the two representatives from Bac Giang: Master Nguyen Thuy Linh from the Faculty of State and Law, and Master Do Thi Huong from the Faculty of Basic Theory.

Participants were assessed in three main categories: syllabus preparation, live lecture delivery, and handling pedagogical scenarios. In addition, scientific research achievements completed or published between contests were considered as a supplementary evaluation criterion.

This is the best result Bac Giang’s Political School has achieved across all nine editions of the national-level contest. The recognition reflects the institution’s dedication to professional development and teaching excellence.
