Bac Giang: Over 52,000 industrial laborers on duty during National Reunification holiday
BAC GIANG – While public employees enjoyed a five-day break for the Reunification Day and Labor Day (April 30 – May 1), more than 52,000 laborers in Bac Giang’s industrial parks registered to work through the holidays to maintain production.
According to the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, 14 companies across several industrial parks of Dinh Tram, Quang Chau, Van Trung (Viet Yen Township), Hoa Phu (Hiep Hoa district) and Song Khe – Noi Hoang (Bac Giang City) operated during the national break from April 30 to May 1.

Notable figures include Luxshare-ICT with 33,100 employees working (18,900 on April 30, 14,200 on May 1), Fuyu Precision Technology with over 8,500, Fukang Technology with over 7,000 and New Wing Interconnect Technology with over 1,600.
Companies maintained operations to meet urgent orders and ensure continuous machine operation. All workers volunteered and were registered in advance. Employers complied with wage and insurance policies, keeping morale high among employees.
BAC GIANG - By 2025, factories in Bac Giang will recruit more than 120,000 laborers, with the demand in the first quarter alone reaching 30,000 people, mainly in the electronics sector.
BAC GIANG - After the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday, most laborers in industrial parks and clusters in Bac Giang province have returned to work. This shows positive changes in the employee retention policy of enterprises. A stable human resource has created favorable conditions for enterprises to implement production and business plans in the new year.

BAC GIANG - More than 8,000 laborers from 16 enterprises in 6 industrial parks including Quang Chau, Vietnam Korea, Van Trung, Dinh Tram (Viet Yen township), Song Khe - Noi Hoang (Bac Giang city), Hoa Phu (Hiep Hoa) have registered to work during the Lunar New Year 2025 (Tet), reported the Bac Giang Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board.
BAC GIANG – To realize the goal of becoming a key industrial province by 2030, Bac Giang has focused on attracting investors in industrial parks (IPs). With open policies and an attractive working environment, the northern province is now a destination, a "promising land" for laborers from all over the world.
The Australian government will permit up to 1,000 Vietnamese to be employed in its agricultural sector at any given time, as part of the labor mobility program between the two countries.
