Labor in industrial parks in Bac Giang continues to increase
BAC GIANG - According to the Industrial Parks Management Board of Bac Giang province, the number of workers coming to work in the provincial industrial parks continues to increase.
So far, there are about 221,000 laborers working at the provincial industrial parks, the highest ever, an increase of more than 30,000 people compared to the same period in 2024 and an increase of more than 61,900 people compared to the same period in 2023.

Of the total, foreign workers are about 8,600 people; domestic workers are more than 212,400 people (laborers in the province account for about 50%). Average income reaches about 8.5 million VND (364 USD) per person per month. This proves for a strongly developing industry in Bac Giang.
Currently, many businesses continue to recruit large numbers of laborers ranging from 500 to thousands of people such as: Foxconn Technology Group, Artiverse Apparel Company Limited, Kyocera AVX Components Company Limited (Bac Giang) among others.
This result was gained thanks to joint efforts of all levels, sectors and the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board in promoting investment attraction since the beginning of this year.
For the first 3 months of this year, the industrial parks have attracted 5 more foreign investment projects and 5 domestic investment projects while the competent authorities have adjusted investment registration for 47 projects, of which 18 projects increased capital.
The total converted registered investment capital reached more than 602.8 million USD, reaching more than 50.2% of the assigned plan.
