Crystal Martin Vietnam urgently recruits 5,500 garment workers
BAC GIANG - To fulfill urgent orders and serve its new production lines, Crystal Martin Vietnam Co., Ltd in Quang Chau Industrial Park of Viet Yen township (Bac Giang province) is urgently seeking to recruit 5,500 garment workers, mostly unskilled labor.
According to the company’s recruitment department, starting from March 1, the basic salary has been raised from 4,960,000 VND to 5,572,560 VND per month, applicable to both probationary and official employees, as part of efforts to attract new labor.

The recruitment criteria focus on agility and diligence with no restrictions on age or gender. Applicants without prior sewing skills will be offered free on-site training.
Acknowledging the current difficulties in recruiting workers, the company, besides offering competitive salaries and benefits to ensure monthly incomes of 9–14 million VND (393 – 612 USD) per person, has also introduced an internal referral incentive.
Employees who successfully refer a new worker will receive a bonus of 2–6 million VND, partially paid after the new hire completes one month of probation and fully disbursed within the following two months.

BAC GIANG - In order to support businesses in recruiting laborers for production, since the beginning of the year, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has actively coordinated with relevant units and localities to deploy many solutions to connect and provide information on the labor market, helping provide more than 25,000 laborers to businesses in Bac Giang province.
BAC GIANG – The Provincial Federation of Labor and the Department of Health on February 19 held a ceremony at the headquarters of the Provincial Federation of Labor to ink a cooperative programme between two units on health care for union members and laborers of Bac Giang province during 2025-2030 period.
BAC GIANG - To practically celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 3 (1930 - 2025) and the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) will organize the first national conference to honor exemplary workers who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam, on February 15 and 16 in Hanoi.
