To achieve the goals, the plan sets out six groups of specific tasks including Covid-19 prevention to implement measures to ensure safety at destinations and tourism service establishments; improving the medical capacity of Covid-19 prevention and control; and ensuring strict implementation of 5K principles + Technology + Vaccines + Pandemic prevention awareness. The province will improve the quality of tourism products, focus on perfecting the quality of tourist destinations, products and services to welcome visitors; and develop short tours with safe tourism programmes and packages which focus on four main tourism products of the province.

The province will implement programmes stimulating and promoting tourism; set up links and boost cooperation in tourism development with provinces and cities through activities such as conferences, seminars, surveys and cultural, sports, trade and tourism events... It will organize training of tourism human resources as well as evaluate, inspect, supervise and handle violations of tourist welcoming activities at enterprises, tourism business establishments, tourist sites and attractions in the province in order to promptly remove difficulties and handle arising violations, ensuring safety against the pandemic for localities and tourists.
