Bac Giang: Three women awarded “Vietnamese Heroic Mother” title

(BGO) – The President has decided to award the “Vietnamese heroic mother” title to three mothers in Bac Giang province who are Ha Thi Tue, Ngoc Chau commune (Tan Yen disitrct ); Doan Thi Tan, Da Mai ward and Nguyen Thi Bac, Tan My commune (Bac Giang city) for their contributions and sacrifice for national liberation, building and safeguarding.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee decided to present 22.15 million VND (972 USD) and a gift package worth 500,000 VND (22 USD) for each mother.
This is the practical action as a tribute to the mothers with great contribution to the national independence. To date, the province is home to 28 individuals awarded the noble title since 2017.
