Notably, Ke rice cracker is widely preferred by customers, especially Chinese visitors.
According to Vice Director of the Bac Giang provincial Center of Information and Tourism Promotion Giap Van Cuong, the province prepared 1,000 Ke rice crackers to showcase and sell to the customers at the fair.
However, just few day after the opening ceremony, the rice crackers are almost sold out. Many visitors are interested at the strange shaped cake with the sweet and buttery tastes from the rural rice, peanut and sesame.
To promote the product, the province arranged two cracker producers in Dinh Ke ward to directly roast the cake at the fair then instruct the visitors who want to experience cracker roasting.
