Updated: 09:26, 17/06/2019
The Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCMCYU) held a ceremony in HCM City on June 16 to honour children from disadvantaged circumstances who reaped outstanding academic results in 2019.

Addressing the event, Politburo member and Standing Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh praised the children for not succumbing to difficulties such as poverty or diseases, making great efforts to pursue study, thus becoming bright examples for children nationwide to follow.
