Accordingly, the research area for planning is located in Yen Lu commune. It borders third grade dyke on the left of Cau river to the North, Cau river to the South, Cau river shore and Yen Tap Bac pumping station to the East, river shore and residential area in Thach Xa village, Yen Lu commune to the West.

The project covers about 80ha. Long Xa Logistic Port is designed as the inland waterway port and container depot with general and logistic services, modern and synchronous technical infrastructure.

The items for investment and construction are technical infrastructure such as internal road, parking station, water supply and drainage, lighting system, telecommunication…; wharf for commodity import and export, storage and station, CFS warehouse, frozen warehouse, service area, isolation tree, among others.
