The planning boundary and area (ratio 1/500) basically suits to the zoning off plan for Vietnam Korean IP in Viet Yen district (ratio 1/2000) which was approved at Decision No.693/QD-UBND on July 14, 2021.

It borders the agriculture land and residential area of Hong Thai commune to the North and North West; Hanoi – Lang Son Expressway to the South; agriculture land and residential area of Tang Tien commune to the East; Dinh Tram IP and My Dien village to the West and South West.

The research area for adjustment covers about 197.61 ha including 197.31 ha for Vietnam Korean IP which is a centralized IP with diverse fields, synchronous and modern technical infrastructure to attract both domestic and foreign investments to such aspects of manufacturing industry, accurate mechanic, electricity equipment among others.

The IP is connected to the external traffic system via the linkage to the frontage road of Hanoi – Bac Giang expressway; the route connecting national road No.17 to 37; provincial road No.295 and internal road of Dinh Tram IP and others.

The major items for construction priority included administrative buildings, manufacturing factories, technical infrastructure, traffic system, water supply and drainage system, power supply, waste water treatment area.

More than 9,000 labours come back work at industrial parks

(BGO) - On February 5 - 6, 46 companies with total number of over 9,000 labours resumed normal work at the Bac Giang provincial industrial parks, reported the Industrial Park Management Board (IPMB).
