The actual IPV hit 35,870 billion VND (over 1.5 billion USD), increasing 8,480 billion VND (31 percent) comparing to the figure at the same period last year and accounting for 11.6 percent of the plan.

Of the total, the state owned company gained 620 billion VND (up 5.7 percent); non-state owned business earned 3,395 billion VND (up 13.5 percent); foreign direct investment enterprise pocketed 31,855 billion VND (up 33.8 percent).
