Developing Party members in non-state enterprises adds human resources to Party

BAC GIANG - For recent years, all levels of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee have paid due attention to creating resources and developing party members in non-state enterprises, thereby, helping add more human resources to the Party. 

As an elite member with many years working at Ha Thanh Fashion Garment Joint Stock Company in Hoang Thanh commune (Hiep Hoa district), Nguyen Thi Mai (born 1988) was honored to be admitted to the Party last June.

Standing in the ranks of the Party is her long-standing wish so Mai keeps high spirit of training, improving morality while working at the company to achieve excellent results.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of Ha Thanh Fashion Garment Joint Stock Company Nguyen Van Chinh under the Party Committee of Hoang Thanh Commune (Hiep Hoa district) said: "Since the beginning of this year, the Party Cell has introduced 10 outstanding members to attend the Party awareness class. The members who passed the class clearly demonstrate their roles, responsibilities and exemplary participation in common activities and movements of the company."

Besides, Nguyen Viet Cuong, the Party Cell Secretary of SungwooVina Co., Ltd in Dinh Tram Industrial Park (Viet Yen township) shared: "The Party Cell currently has 15 party members, including 5 workers. For recent years, the Party Cell has paid due attention to developing party members. Taking advantages of young workforce, the Party Cell actively advises business leaders and trade unions to effectively organize emulation movements among workers, using it to create a source of development for new party members ”.

According to statistics from the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, since 2020, the party organizations in non-state-owned enterprises have admitted more than 1,000 party members. The majority of new party members are trained and mature in their work and assigned work fields who meet the requirements of leadership and direction in implementing the political tasks of the enterprise.
