According to some opinions at the conference, the expanding of the project results after acceptance remained limitations. Some projects have not been expanded the place of implementation.

In addition, mobilizing other investment resources for science and technology projects is limited, which greatly depends on state budget. Besides, collaboration among local government levels and sectors in application of science and technologies reveals shortcomings.

The provincial Vice Chairman Duong Van Thai concluded, the province has paid due attention to doing researches and expanding science and technology projects. However, majority of the projects are in agricultural sector with limitations in both quality and scales.

In order to improve efficiency of the science and technology research and application, Duong Van Thai requested the provincial Council for Science and Technology to strictly select qualified researches and pay more attention to expanding the projects
