On 26 March, the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) held a ceremony to honor and present “outstanding public security youths” award 2018 in Hanoi. Captain Nguyen Duong Hung (born in 1986) from the provincial Department of Public Security in the northern province of Bac Giang was honored to receive this award.

Captain Nguyen Duong Hung is the deputy head of the Investigation Team on infringement of personality, the Criminal Investment Division of the provincial Department of Public Security of Bac Giang province (DPS). This is the second time he has received the awards by the MPS. Besides, he is a young talent receiving the Hoang Hoa Tham Award of Bac Giang province in 2018.

* Previously, MPS organized a ceremony to honor the outstanding youths of the public security force in the movement of “Public security youths following Uncle Ho's 6 teachings” in the 2013-2018 period at the Memorial Site of Uncle Ho’s 6 Teachings to the Public Security Forces in Nha Nam commune, Tan Yen district, Bac Giang province.

3 young officers of Bac Giang DPS were honored including Major Phung The Son, Secretary of the DPS’s Youth Union, Major Hoang Anh Tuan, team leader of the traffic police, Captain Duong Van Trung, team leader and Secretary of the Youth Union of the Public Security of Tan Yen district.

Nguyen Ngoc Luong, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union’s Central Committee present certificates of merit to the outstanding teams.

* At the Ceremony to review 10 years implementing the movement of “Public security youths following Uncle Ho's 6 teachings” in the 2008-2018 period organized by MPS on 26 March, the Youth Union of Bac Giang DPS was awarded the merit of certificate by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union’s Central Committee while Major Phung The Son, Secretary of the DPS’s Youth Union received certificate of merit by Minister of Public Security. Besides, 2 teams and 2 individuals at the grass-root level were awarded MPS’ certificates of merit.

NA Chairwoman attends 70th anniversary of President’s teachings to public security forces

(BGO) – The Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony in Nha Nam commune, Tan Yen district, the northern province of Bac Giang on March 11 celebrating the 70th  year since Uncle Ho noted down six virtues for the People’s Public Security force and inaugurating a memorial site devoted to the teachings.
