High Tet bonuses paid for Ha Bac Export Garment’s workers

(BGO) – To welcome the Lunar New Year festival 2018, the
Board of Directors of Ha Bac Export Garment Joint Stock Company in Hong Thai
commune, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province has recently decided to spend
21.6 billion VND (951,500 USD) on bonusing to about 2,700 labors.

Accordingly, each worker will get the bonus of 7.5 – 8 million VND (330 – 352 USD) per person, equivalent to 1.2 months of the basic salary, up 12% comparing to last year bonus.
The average wage for the labor in the company is now around 8 million VND per person per month, increasing over 1 million VND (44 USD) comparing to 2016 figure.
The company Trade Union also took the occasion to present each labor with a gift package, each worth 240,000 VND (10.5 USD).
