On May 19, the ground-breaking ceremony for the restoration of the relic site was held in Kunming City. This work is very important, not only helping the people of Vietnam and China, including the Vietnamese community in Yunnan, better understand the life and great revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh, but also contributing to enhancing the education of the young generations of the two countries regarding the traditional friendship between the two countries.
At the symposium, experts and scholars of the two countries gave enthusiastic speeches and contributed many practical ideas, which were recognised, appreciated and absorbed by the leaders of relevant agencies of the two sides to perfect the restoration plan.
It is expected that the relic will be restored in 2022 and opened for people to visit and learn about the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh.
