Phat moc ritual held to build Upper sanctuary of Tay Yen Tu’s Lower pagoda

The ceremony was attended by Nguyen Van Linh, Chairman of the Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee; Most Venerable Thich Thanh Quyet, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Buddhist Shangha (VBS) Executive Council and CMB Head of Tay Yen Tu spiritual cultural site; Hoang Van Nghien, former member of the Central Party’s Committee and former Chairman of Hanoi municipal People’s Committee; Do Duc Ha, member of the Standing Committee and Head of the provincial Party’s Committee’s Board of Propaganda and Education; leaders of the provincial Fatherland Front’s Committee, departments, sectors, agencies, Son Dong district and several enterprises.
