PPC’s Secretary Bui Van Hai receives Vietnam’s tourism ambassador Ly Xuong Can

(BGO)- Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of Bac Giang provincial Party Committee (PPC), Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Bui Van Hai received Ly Xuong Can (Lee Chang Kun in Korean language), Vietnam’s tourism ambassador to the Republic of Korea (RoK) on 14 January. Ly Xuong Can is the 31st generation descendant of King Ly Thai To in RoK.

At the meeting, PPC’s Secretary Bui Van Hai warmly welcomed Ly Xuong Can’s visit in Bac Giang. He stressed the good traditional diplomatic relation between the two countries generally and Bac Giang particularly.

According to the PPC’s Secretary, Bac Giang is endowed with favourable geographical location connected to Hanoi capital and the key economic zones and has abundant trained labour force. Currently, tens of countries and territories are investing in the province. So far, the province has paid attention to infrastructure investment and established many industrial parks and clusters.

Besides, he talked about the province’s potentials for tourism development with outstanding landscapes and historical relics. He expected Ly Xuong Can to continue connecting and introducing RoK’s corporations and enterprises to invest in the key sectors of the province while fostering Vietnam’s and Bac Giang’s tourism to international friends.

In addition, the PPC’s Secretary Bui Van Hai and Ly Xuong Can discussed establishing the twin tie between Dangjin city of Chungcheongnam province, RoK with Bac Giang city.

Ly Xuong Can expressed his thanks to the PPC’s Secretary for spending his time for the working delegation. The ambassador highly evaluated the achievements in socio-economic development of Bac Giang province. He hoped for more cooperation between the two countries in different sectors.

As a tourism ambassador, Ly Xuong Can will continue promoting Vietnam’s and Bac Giang’ image, culture, people and tourism to international friends.
